Manitoba, November 28, 2023 (News Team): Seminar on a legal subject 'Importance of Wills and Power of Attorney' was organized by Manitoba Hindu seniors society 834 Ellice Avenue. Solicitor and Barrister Avnish Jolly was a special invitee on this occasion. The lunch was served by the society in the beginning. Then Senior member Mahender Patel started the seminar with Ganesh Vandana.
Vijay Prabhakar introduced Solicitor and Barrister Avnish Jolly to the audience. In his welcome address Vijay Prabhakar told that Jolly is the third generation lawyer of his family as his grandfather, and father were also a lawyer in India. After practicing in Punjab and Haryana High Court he immigrated to Canada. He passed his law exam from Ottawa University became a member of Law Society of Manitoba and started his independent practice in 2018.
Vijay Prabhakar shared his legal knowledge and experience about wills and Power of Attorney while practicing as a Lawyer in India. Solicitor and Barrister Avnish Jolly shared his knowledge about Canadian laws. Afterwards the discussion was left open for questioning. The members of the senior society came forward with their queries, which were replied accordingly. He further assured the MHS that he is always available for the society and the community. He is always at beck and call.
In the last session the vote of thanks was extended by the secretary Kamlesh Arora. Swatantar Prabhakar thanked Solicitor and Barrister Jollyf or his valuables time and information.
