Ludhiana, July 21, 2017 (Online News Ludhiana): No matter where you are in life, inspire and empower the women around you. With this notion in mind, PCTE female wing has launched women cell titled ‘We-the empowered’. This has been introduced in order to keep environment safe, secure and joyous for both boys and girls.
